Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how billing, renewal, cancellation, and revisions work for Azzura Legal Content plans. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Plans and prices

2. Billing and automatic renewal
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your plan is billed monthly, starting on the day you subscribe, and renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
3. Getting started
Right after payment, we email you an onboarding form. Your production schedule is confirmed once we receive your completed form, brand assets, and required footage. Delays in sending these materials may delay deliveries.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime by emailing joyce@azzuraagency.com before your next billing date. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
5. Refunds
Payments already made are non-refundable, including for the month in progress when you cancel.
6. Revisions
Revision rounds apply per post. Revision requests must be sent within 2 business days after the post is delivered. After that period, the post is considered approved.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, production may be paused until the payment is completed.
8. Plan or price changes
You can ask to change your plan by email; the new plan applies from your next billing date. If we change our prices, we will notify active clients by email before the new price applies to them.
