Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of legal.azzuraagency.com and the content planning and production services provided by Azzura Agency (“Azzura,” “we,” “us”), a company based in Brazil. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Subscription Terms.

1. The service

Azzura plans and produces social media content for law firms and attorneys. Depending on your plan, this includes a content calendar, topic research, video scripts, editing of the footage you provide, carousel design, and captions. The exact deliverables of each plan are described on our website at the time you subscribe.

The service does not include publishing content, managing your social media accounts, responding to comments or messages, Stories, paid advertising, on-site filming, or meetings, unless agreed separately in writing.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide the information, brand assets, and video footage we need, in time for production.
• Review and approve each piece of content before you publish it.
• Confirm the legal accuracy of all content and its suitability for your jurisdiction, including compliance with attorney advertising and professional conduct rules that apply to you.
• Make sure you have the rights to any materials you send us, including footage, images, music, logos, and the image of any person who appears in your videos.

3. No legal advice

Azzura is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We help communicate your expertise. You, as the attorney, are responsible for the legal content you publish.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes the number of revision rounds per post shown on our website. Revision requests must be sent within 2 business days after the post is delivered. Requests outside this period, or changes that go beyond the original scope, may require a separate agreement.

5. Ownership of content

Once the corresponding payment is made, you may use the final approved content delivered to you for your firm’s marketing. Your logos, brand assets, and footage remain yours. Azzura keeps the right to its working methods, templates, and know-how. We will only feature your content or results in our portfolio with your permission.

6. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee views, followers, leads, or new clients. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your audience, distribution, services, and client follow-up.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Azzura’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

8. Ending the service

You can cancel your subscription as described in the Subscription Terms. We may suspend or end the service if payment fails or if these Terms are not followed.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will let active clients know by email about material changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
